What it does

skill-kit bundles commands for every stage of skill maintenance. The interactive writer scaffolds a new SKILL.md, lint repairs frontmatter, merge and dedup consolidate related skills, and upgrade adds topics or scripts. Other commands convert agents into skills, auto-register trigger hooks into settings.json, search the open skills ecosystem via the npx skills CLI, and render dependency edges as Mermaid or a dispatched d3 force-directed graph. When `.ralph/` is present, Ralph Mode bypasses AskUserQuestion prompts, and a self-improvement step feeds conversation patterns back into the toolkit.
