$0 execution plan
Week 1: positioning and first list
- Compare the top three alternatives' earliest, beta and current messaging; write one benefit-led sentence for your product.
- Build a 200-person prospect sheet from competitor followers, LinkedIn keyword/job-title searches, Reddit/X intent conversations and relevant service marketplaces.
- Define one activation event and one retained-use event before posting.
Week 2: conversations, not broadcasting
- Send personalized outreach in small batches; record source, segment, reply, interview, activation and paid outcome.
- Conduct screen-share interviews; let users speak most of the time and ask what they already pay for.
- Reply to live intent in communities with a useful answer first. Disclose affiliation; do not impersonate a user or paste identical promotional copy.
Week 3: reusable proof asset
- Turn the most repeated problem into one comparison page, tutorial, demo or case note.
- Distribute channel-native excerpts and close every link back to the same measurable activation path.
Week 4: keep, fix or kill
Keep a channel only if it creates activated/retained users, not just visits. If acquisition works but activation does not, pause distribution and fix the product. Publish a cohort table: source → contacted → replies → interviews → signups → activated → retained → paid.
