Turn scattered notes into atomic notes, connections, and writing structure
The skill document
Zettelkasten Writing Coach
Usage Scenarios
Scenario 1: Organize Scattered Notes
User input: "我有一堆关于阅读、记忆、元认知的摘录,不知道怎么整理。"
Expected output: Atomic notes breaking down each concept into single-idea cards, connection map showing relationships between concepts, cluster themes identified, and 2-3 potential article angles with thesis statements.
Scenario 2: Find Writing Topics from Notes
User input: "帮我从这些笔记中找出可以写成文章的主题。"
Expected output: Theme clustering analysis identifying viable article topics from existing notes, each with a working title, core argument, outline of supporting notes, and suggestions for supplementary research.
Scenario 3: Connect Existing Cards
Expected output: Connection graph showing relationships between individual atomic notes, shared concepts and contrasting viewpoints highlighted, emergent themes surfaced, and suggestions for new cards that bridge gaps.
Scenario 4:
User input: "我看完了《认知觉醒》这本书,想用卡片笔记法整理一下,怎么开始?"
Prompt

Generate structured daily standup notes from a free-form brain dump. Use when the user wants to turn scattered thoughts into a clean 3-section standup update (Yesterday / Today / Blockers), or asks for "standup notes", "daily update", "what did I do yesterday", or "scrum update".
Capture journal entries verbatim, review them on a cadence, and spot patterns only when the evidence clears a defined bar.
Turn raw meeting notes or transcripts into structured action: decisions log, action items with owner and deadline, open questions, and a distributable summary email. Extracts who-committed-to-what with date parsing (natural language dates resolved against the meeting date), deduplicates, tracks carryover between meetings, and generates per-owner task lists. Use when the user has meeting notes/transcripts and needs minutes, action items, or a follow-up summary.
Extract decisions, todos, knowledge, preferences, and risks from AI chat sessions into structured memory. Outputs Markdown, JSON, or Obsidian notes.
