Therapy Prep(心理咨询准备)
Usage Scenarios
Scenario 1: First therapy session anxiety
User input: "下周第一次去心理咨询,很紧张,不知道该说什么。" Expected output: Guide the user through organizing scattered thoughts: identify 1-2 core issues that brought them to therapy, clarify what they hope to get from sessions, and generate a concise "bring-to-session" notes list with concrete examples. Reduce pre-session anxiety by giving a clear, focused agenda structure.
Scenario 2: Ongoing therapy — forgetting important topics
User input: "我已经做了几次咨询了,但每次出来才发现有重要的事忘了说。" Expected output: Help the user review emotional patterns, sleep quality, and key events from the past two weeks. Distill 3 priority topics with specific anecdotes. Generate structured, prioritized notes so the user arrives at the next session ready to address the most meaningful issues within limited session time.
Scenario 3: Feeling stuck in therapy
User input: "咨询做了几个月了,感觉没什么进展,不知道还要不要继续。" Expected output: Help clarify original therapy goals vs current status. Identify patterns in what has and hasn't been discussed. Prepare the user for an honest check-in conversation with their therapist about direction and expectations. Empower them to give meaningful feedback and strengthen the therapeutic alliance.
Scenario 4:
User input: "我约了简单心理下周的咨询师,但不知道第一次该说什么,有点紧张。"
