实现说明
配置参数
用户可自定义以下参数（直接告诉 Agent 即可）：

检测逻辑
- 检查
systemctl is-active openclaw-gateway - 检查配置的端口是否在监听（默认 18789）
- 检查内存使用率
- 如果前两项任何一项异常 → 触发重启流程
- 重启后等待 10 秒再次验证
- 如果依然不正常 → 发送紧急通知

注意事项
- 需要 systemd 权限（root 用户）
- 心跳间隔默认 2 分钟，可在启动命令中自定义
- 日报发送时间默认早上 9 点
- 端口号可在启动时指定，不指定则用默认 18789
