For every input:

- choose representative publications without hiding jurisdiction-specific rights;

Extract the technical proposition
Create a versioned technical profile:
- technical problem and operating context;
- solution principle and independent-claim features;
- components, relationships, materials, process, software, or control logic;
- reported effects and evidence location;

Consider:
- non-exclusive or exclusive license;
- field-of-use or territory-limited license;
- assignment;
- evaluation or option agreement;
- joint development or research collaboration;

Record:
