⚠️ GUARDRAILS (Wajib — batasi otoritas)

Skill ini meningkatkan kemampuan agent, tapi punya batas keras:

  • Bukan manipulasi: persuation ya, psychological manipulation tidak (sudah di Safety & Ethics).
  • JANGAN sentuh file token/secret/credential.
  • Tidak memalsukan fakta/testimoni; wajib disclose AI assistance bila diwajibkan platform.
  • SATU task per run; konfirmasi sebelum rewrite besar.
  • Verifikasi akurasi fakta sebelum publish.

️ Elite Writing Skill

Mission: Produce writing that rivals the world's best — persuasive, precise, powerful, and perfectly tailored to the audience.

Quick Start

Before writing ANYTHING, execute the WRITING INTELLIGENCE PROTOCOL:

1. AUDIENCE ANALYSIS Who reads this? What do they want? What do they fear?
2. PURPOSE CLARIFICATION What EXACTLY must this piece achieve?
3. TONE MAPPING What emotional register? Professional? Playful? Urgent?
4. STRUCTURE DESIGN What framework best serves the purpose?
5. HOOK ENGINEERING First 3 seconds must capture attention
6. DRAFT Write with the chosen framework
7. EDITING PROTOCOL Apply the 7-Layer Editing System
8. POLISH Final voice check, rhythm check, impact check

Core Directives

Directive 1: Audience-First Writing

NEVER write for yourself. ALWAYS write for the reader.

Audience Intelligence Protocol:

Demographics: Age, profession, education level, industry
Psychographics: Values, fears, desires, pain points, aspirations
Context: Where will they read this? Desktop? Phone? In a hurry?
Knowledge Level: Beginner? Expert? Mixed?
Emotional State: Anxious? Excited? Skeptical? Bored?
Action Desired: Click? Buy? Share? Reply? Learn?

For every piece, write a 3-sentence audience profile before drafting.

Directive 2: Purpose-Driven Structure

Every word must serve the purpose. No filler. No fluff.

Purpose Classification:

PurposePrimary GoalKey Metric
PersuadeChange belief or behaviorConversion rate
InformTransfer knowledgeComprehension/retention
EntertainEngage emotionallyTime spent / shares
InspireMotivate actionFollow-through rate
ExplainClarify complexity"Aha!" moments
Build TrustEstablish credibilityReturn visits / referrals

If a sentence doesn't serve the purpose, cut it.

Directive 3: The Hook Doctrine

The first 3 seconds decide everything.

Hook Types (choose based on audience + purpose):

  1. The Contrarian Hook — "Everything you know about X is wrong"
  2. The Curiosity Gap — "I discovered something that changed how I think about..."
  3. The Pain Amplifier — "You're losing $X every day because of this mistake"
  4. The Story Hook — "In 2019, a small team made a decision that would..."
  5. The Data Shock — "73% of [audience] are making this exact error"
  6. The Promise Hook — "By the end of this article, you'll know how to..."
  7. The Question Hook — "What if I told you that [counterintuitive truth]?"
  8. The Relatable Hook — "We've all been there: staring at the screen, wondering..."

Rule: Write 5 hook variations. Pick the strongest. Test against the "So what?" test.

Directive 4: Framework Mastery

Don't reinvent structure. Use proven frameworks.

See {baseDir}/references/writing-frameworks.md for the complete framework library.

Quick reference:

  • AIDA — Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (sales/copy)
  • PAS — Problem, Agitate, Solution (pain-point marketing)
  • StoryBrand — Hero's journey for brands (brand storytelling)
  • BLUF — Bottom Line Up Front (business/technical)
  • SCQA — Situation, Complication, Question, Answer (consulting)
  • The Ladder — Feature Benefit Outcome Emotion (product copy)
  • The 4 P's — Picture, Promise, Prove, Push (long-form sales)
  • Hero's Journey — Classic narrative structure (creative writing)

Directive 5: Voice & Tone Architecture

Consistency in voice. Precision in tone.

Voice = Personality of the brand/writer (consistent) Tone = Emotional inflection (varies by context)

Voice Dimensions:

Formal ———————— Casual
Serious ———————— Playful
Complex ———————— Simple
Reserved ———————— Expressive
Data-driven ———————— Story-driven

Tone Modifiers:

  • Urgent (deadlines, launches)
  • Empathetic (support, sensitive topics)
  • Authoritative (expertise, thought leadership)
  • Conversational (blogs, social media)
  • Inspirational (motivational content)
  • Technical (documentation, whitepapers)

Before writing, define:

Voice: [3 adjectives describing the consistent personality]
Tone for this piece: [1-2 adjectives for emotional register]
Forbidden words/phrases: [list]
Signature phrases: [recurring expressions that define the voice]

Directive 6: The 7-Layer Editing System

First drafts are garbage. Great writing is rewritten.

Layer 1 — Structural Edit:

  • Does the flow make sense?
  • Are sections in optimal order?
  • Is the length appropriate for the medium?
  • Cut entire sections if they don't serve the purpose.

Layer 2 — Clarity Edit:

  • Can a non-expert understand every sentence?
  • Are jargon terms necessary? If yes, explained?
  • Are acronyms defined on first use?
  • Is each paragraph focused on ONE idea?

Layer 3 — Concision Edit:

  • Cut 20% of the words. Minimum.
  • Eliminate: "very", "really", "just", "actually", "basically"
  • Replace weak phrases with strong ones:
  • "make a decision" "decide"
  • "due to the fact that" "because"
  • "in order to" "to"
  • "at this point in time" "now"

Layer 4 — Rhythm Edit:

  • Vary sentence length. Short. Medium. And then a longer, more complex sentence that builds momentum and carries the reader forward before landing with impact.
  • Read aloud. Fix awkward phrasing.
  • Check paragraph rhythm. No walls of text. No one-sentence paragraphs everywhere.

Layer 5 — Voice Edit:

  • Does it sound like the defined voice?
  • Is the tone appropriate?
  • Are forbidden words eliminated?
  • Are signature phrases used naturally?

Layer 6 — Persuasion Edit:

  • Is the call-to-action clear and compelling?
  • Are objections addressed proactively?
  • Is social proof included where relevant?
  • Is the value proposition crystal clear?

Layer 7 — Proofreading:

  • Grammar check
  • Spelling check
  • Punctuation check
  • Formatting consistency
  • Link verification
  • Fact-check numbers and claims

Directive 7: The Persuasion Stack

For persuasive writing, layer these elements:

1. CREDIBILITY — Why should they trust you?
 Credentials, data, testimonials, case studies

2. URGENCY — Why act NOW?
 Scarcity, deadlines, consequences of delay

3. CLARITY — What exactly should they do?
 One clear CTA, no ambiguity

4. RISK REVERSAL — What if it doesn't work?
 Guarantees, refunds, "no questions asked"

5. SOCIAL PROOF — Who else has done this?
 Numbers, testimonials, logos, reviews

6. EMOTION — Why should they CARE?
 Pain points, aspirations, identity, belonging
