Jeder Skill ist ein wiederverwendbares Anweisungspaket, das einem Agenten beibringt, eine bestimmte Aufgabe sauber zu erledigen — Dateiformat, Ablauf, Sonderfälle. Du beschreibst die Aufgabe einmal, statt sie in jeder Sitzung neu zu erklären.

Skills decken die gesamte Bandbreite dessen ab, was ein Ottermind-Agent tut: bearbeitbare PowerPoint-Decks bauen, Produkt- und Markenbilder erzeugen, Code auf einer von dir verbundenen Maschine schreiben und ausführen, aus einem Skript oder einem Standbild ein Video machen sowie Tabellendaten bereinigen und auswerten. Ein Skill macht aus einem allgemeinen Modell etwas, das deine konkrete Variante einer dieser Aufgaben jedes Mal gleich erledigt.

Ein Skill ist eine schlichte Markdown-Datei mit kurzem Frontmatter-Kopf. Du kannst also vor dem Ausführen genau nachlesen, was passieren wird, ihn an deine Konventionen anpassen und mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen teilen. Sobald ein Skill das gewünschte Ergebnis liefert, lässt er sich einem Agenten zuordnen oder als Automatisierung einplanen — dieselbe Arbeit passiert wieder, ohne dass jemand den Prompt neu schreibt.

Was ist ein Ottermind-Skill?
Ein wiederverwendbares Anweisungspaket in Markdown. Es gibt einem Agenten Kontext, Schritte und Grenzen für eine Art von Aufgabe, damit die Ergebnisse konstant bleiben und nicht davon abhängen, wie gut der Prompt an diesem Tag formuliert war.
Wie installiere und nutze ich einen Skill?
Öffne die Detailseite eines Skills, lies das vollständige Dokument und installiere ihn in deinen Workspace. Danach kann der Agent ihn automatisch verwenden, wenn die Aufgabe passt — oder du rufst ihn namentlich auf.
Kann ich eigene Skills erstellen?
Ja. Ein Skill ist eine Markdown-Datei mit Frontmatter, das ihn benennt und beschreibt, wann er greifen soll. Wenn du einen Ablauf immer wieder neu erklärst, ist es meist der kürzeste Weg, ihn einmal als Skill festzuhalten.
