通过托管 OAuth 代理对接 Asana API,统一处理任务、项目、空间、用户与 Webhook。

通过托管 OAuth 网关连接 Asana,令牌由网关自动注入,无需手动管理。以统一的 Base URL 调用 Asana REST 接口,覆盖任务、项目、空间、用户和 Webhook,并提供 CLI 与 Python 调用示例。写入操作需要用户明确确认,且支持在多个 Asana 账号之间按请求切换。

什么时候用它

  • 按项目、负责人或完成状态筛选任务列表
  • 创建与更新任务,包含子任务与截止日期
  • 在工作区内搜索任务(需 Asana Premium 订阅)
  • 注册 Webhook 监听任务或项目的变更事件

Asana

Access the Asana API with managed OAuth authentication. Manage tasks, projects, workspaces, users, and webhooks for work management.

Maton proxies requests to app.asana.com and automatically injects your OAuth token.

Installation

NPM:

npm install -g @maton/cli

Homebrew:

brew install maton-ai/cli/maton

Authentication

CLI:

Manual:

  1. Sign in or create an account at maton.ai
  2. Go to maton.ai/settings
  3. Copy your API key
  4. Set your API key as MATON_API_KEY:

Open the returned url in a browser to complete OAuth authorization.

Specifying Connection

If you have multiple Asana connections, specify which one to use:

If you have multiple connections, always specify the connection to ensure requests go to the intended account.

Security & Permissions

  • Access is scoped to tasks, projects, workspaces, users, and manage webhooks within the connected Asana account.
  • All write operations require explicit user approval. Before executing any create, update, or delete call, confirm the target resource and intended effect with the user.

Tasks

Get Multiple Tasks

GET /asana/api/1.0/tasks

Query parameters:

  • project - Project GID to filter tasks
  • assignee - User GID or "me" for assigned tasks
  • workspace - Workspace GID (required if no project specified)
  • completed_since - ISO 8601 date to filter tasks completed after this date
  • opt_fields - Comma-separated list of fields to include

Search Tasks (Premium)

Note: This endpoint requires an Asana Premium subscription.

Returns 200 OK with empty data on success.

Pagination

Asana uses cursor-based pagination. The CLI automatically paginates with '--paginate'.

Notes

  • Resource IDs (GIDs) are strings
  • Timestamps are in ISO 8601 format
  • Use opt_fields to specify which fields to return
  • Workspaces are the highest-level organizational unit
  • Organizations are specialized workspaces representing companies
  • IMPORTANT: When using curl commands, use curl -g when URLs contain brackets (fields[], sort[], records[]) to disable glob parsing
  • IMPORTANT: When piping curl output to jq or other commands, environment variables like $MATON_API_KEY may not expand correctly in some shell environments. You may get "Invalid API key" errors when piping.

Troubleshooting: Invalid App Name

  1. Ensure your URL path starts with asana. For example:
  • Correct: https://api.maton.ai/asana/api/1.0/tasks
  • Incorrect: https://api.maton.ai/api/1.0/tasks
