Create a new task
Click New Task from the sidebar in your workspace and enjoy automated workflows. Simply define your objective, and Ottermind will handle the rest.

Upload your documents to let Ottermind analyze and process the information for you. Click the + button or drag and drop files to get started. Once uploaded, Ottermind can summarize, answer questions, or extract key data from your content instantly.

Pin a task
Keep essential tasks within reach by pinning them. Click the three-dot menu on a task and select Pin. Pinned items stay locked at the top of your list regardless of how the rest is sorted.
Locate a task instantly
Use Search to retrieve historical tasks in seconds. Click the search icon to find past entries, making it easy to track previous work without manual scrolling.
